Usage
Enjoy a Formula 1 meal shake every day for a nutritious meal. Shake the can gently before each use, as the contents may clump. For a delicious meal shake, mix two scoops of powder (26g) with 250ml of cold, semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat). Or, for a vegan and naturally lactose-free shake, mix two scoops of Formula 1 (26g) with two scoops of PDM (or PDM Vegan) (28g) and 300ml of water.
